This book is not worth 150 dollars! It is way too overpriced!! Most of the problems are very similar in structure to the OG problems -- with subtle changes. Moreover, not all the problems in this book are 700 level questions. The author has divided the problems into 3 categories -- 500-600 level, 600-700 level and 700-800 level. There are more 500 and 600 level problems than there are 700 level problems.I have two suggestions:
1) It might be worthwhile just purchasing the Sackmann extreme challenge set (I believe the author offers it as a PDF file on his website). The extreme challenge set has 100 700 level problems and should be more than sufficient for the quant junkies looking for that monster quant score.
2) You might want to consider Manhattan's Advanced Quant book. It is a fraction (1/10th) of the cost of this book. Manhattan's advanced quant book has 150 HARD questions with detailed explanations and is a MUCH better overall product than this book.
Finally, these many problems (1000) are an overkill for the GMAT.

Worth getting if you are going for a top score. Very tough problems that you won't see many of with the usual study resources. I think it was a good investment to be more prepared for the hard problems.
